For over twenty years, I've guided organizations, communities, and leaders through growth rooted in both strategy and humanity.
I spent sixteen years at the IRS Statistics of Income Division as a Senior Economist and Manager, directing large-scale statistical studies across national programs and global initiatives. I expanded my staff by 40% through major organizational transitions, built a division-wide training program, and founded an employee resource group that grew from 25 to 56 members in three years — work that earned me the Embodiment Award.
Today I serve as a Senior Consultant with Fiscal Fitness, translating complex financial and operational data into clear decisions for C-suite leaders, and as a Facilitator with Goodera, connecting corporate teams from Amazon, Adobe, The Walt Disney Company, and Fannie Mae with the nonprofits in their communities.
I consistently earn 10-out-of-10 hosting ratings — not because the slides are good, but because people leave feeling seen.
I'm a Coast Guard officer and veteran. I hold a master's in data analytics from George Mason and a BA in Economics from Spelman. I'm a certified yoga and meditation teacher and a certified life coach. Those aren't separate lives — they're the same one.
My mission is simple: to help you reconnect with purpose, lead with clarity, and create impact that lasts.

I'm a mother of four. Everything I teach about alignment, I learned trying to live it — in the years when the work was demanding, the calendar was full, and the people who mattered most were waiting at home.
Beyond the work, I serve as Executive Director of the Legacy HBCU Scholarship and Mentoring Program and as Financial Secretary for the Spelman College Alumnae Association of Northern Virginia.
I hike. I garden. I sing. I still practice what I teach — because leadership that costs you your life isn't leadership worth having.
